Gần đây bao chí có đưa nhiều tin liên quan đến OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). Như TBKTVN thì gọi thuật ngữ này là Đối tác định danh. Tuy nhiên lại chẳng có lời giải thích cụ thể OEM là cái chi chi..?

Definition of: OEM
(1) (Original Equipment Manufacturer) An organization that sells products that are made by other companies. The term is confusing because the OEM is really not the manufacturer, but the vendor of the equipment to the end user. However, the OEM is often the designer of the equipment, and “original equipment designer” or “original concept designer” would be more fitting terms.
